Cedar Point is one of the most fabulous, calming and spaceous outdoor settings in the Hamptons yet virtually unknown, a hidden gem. Sunset Pizza & Spirts sits on an elevated bluff looking over Northwest Harbor, Shelter Island, and Sag Harbor. Cedar Island Light juts out on a sandy point, separating Gardiners Bay to the East. Few public food establisments on Long Island’s East End have this dynamic elevated New England seascape view. Nor does the Cedar namesake disappoint with Cedar Trees all around. Immerse in their natural fragrance and beauty.

Sunsets are truly second to none. Come dusk, the mood is accented with string lights inside and out, tiki torches and a camp fire for family and friends to gather around. We have picnic tables and loungy outdoor sofas with coffee tables. In the cooler shoulders, it’s the perfect place to meet and hang in your favorite pullover sweatshirt. There is seating inside and out for all weather conditions, stormy nights making for some of the most spectacular sunsets.

Boaters have found us. Anchor out and walk on up. The cove below our bluff is a protected anchorage perfect for day trips and extended stays. In the spring and fall, you’ll see cruising vessels moving up and down the east coast anchored out in the lee of the sand bar. During the summer, charter boats from ports in the Hamptons come to us, anchor and their guests swim and play right out front. On a breezy day, become mesmorized by the kitesurfers zipping up and down.

As we grow, we hope to offer more programming suitable for the location. Like the legendary concessioners before us, we have continued the Saturday movie nights. We hope to expand with more programming like occasional live music and more.
